HOW TO GET SKINNY

UGG ~ I NEED TO GET MOVING ~

After a few months letting myself down it's time to get back in the saddle!!  I'm never going to reach my goal sitting my ass on the couch!!  Went back to the Beach Body site, and saw that they have a few new programs -

So I'm wondering if i want to try a new one, or stick with something that people love and I know work well...Like P90X or Insanity...so MANY options!  I think insanity might be a little intense for me still...I might start with P90X then move on to something harder...



What workout works best for you?  What should I choose to get my lazy butt moving...lol..?
