Another Year Another Start

It's a whole new year!  Almost a year after baby #4 and I'm ready to get my body & my health back!  After the loss of my  25lbs 2 years ago, i gained it all back plus some (having a baby is no joke!)  But since having him I have lost 27lbs (pre preg weight, i don't even know what the after birth weight was, nor do i want to..last weight in i was 199 right before delivery)  Now I am at 158 and happy that it's coming off finally!


I've hit a plateau though so it's time to pull out the beachbody vids again to help me loose the rest and tone at the same time.  I think I'll start with my fave Brazil Butt Lift then work my way to P90X or Insanity...or heck maybe mix it up and do both :)

My goal is to be a healthy 125-130 (for my frame) and have my bmi down to at least a 15 again! Is it doable?  I have to say yes..or what is this all for!
