UGG ~ I NEED TO GET MOVING ~
After a few months letting myself down it's time to get back in the saddle!! I'm never going to reach my goal sitting my ass on the couch!! Went back to the Beach Body site, and saw that they have a few new programs -

So I'm wondering if i want to try a new one, or stick with something that people love and I know work well...Like P90X or Insanity...so MANY options! I think insanity might be a little intense for me still...I might start with P90X then move on to something harder...
What workout works best for you? What should I choose to get my lazy butt moving...lol..?

Bikini Time!
It felt fantastic to be out in a bikini this weekend at six flags, and not be self conscious! I'm still working...about to start up the Brazil Butt Lift again...I didn't start insanity or p90x ...I tried them, and it was way to much for me at this point. I have been walking and working on my own accord...I'm down a total of 15lbs so far! YEA! With beach season here...I'm happy with going out with the way I am...and still continue to better...so next year I'll be smokin ;p

If your thinking about starting a fitness program think about beachbody....I know I sound like an ad, but I really love the support you get on the TeamBeachBody Site!! There coaches are just fab! And reading all the success stories is really motivational! I found this picture searching through pinterest....This is what I hope to accomplish...This is Kenna Shell...she worked hard for 18m on beachbody and made this amazing transformation! She lost 80lbs! I'm only looking for 50, but if i lose more than YEA! :) The before I how I see myself...and hopefully soon it will be the after! I can't wait to be healthier and happier!

I'm DONE?!
I can't believe I'm done with the Brazil Butt Lift!! The four weeks just flew by! I think I'm going to do the four weeks again, and incorporate either P90X or Insanity with it...anyone have a preference? Maybe something else...remember it's been 10yrs of fat growing ...rofl...so please don't suggest something to crazy! :)

Another Workout Kickin My Butt ...lol
Just finished another day of SCULPT...and man...i can feel a difference now that i bought the weights...my arms are like spaghetti...lol...Still not getting much of an ab workout, even though he incorporates it into just about every routine....Guess I'm gonna do Insanity's ab workout...maybe I'll try it tomorrow :) Wish me Luck...

Brazil Butt Lift Day 8
Wednesday - Feb 15 - Day 8 on Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift....
I don't know if it will ever get any easier....at least I can get halfway through before my legs get heavy....lol...I missed yesterday, so I'm gona have to make it up this after noon....Did yesterdays High & Tight just now, and I'll do Sculpt this afternoon....just hope i can finish all 50 min!! My legs are still sore from Mondays Sculpt workout...Can't wait till the end of the month to weigh in and take some pics.... :) .... JUST KEEP GOING...JUST KEEP GOING!
Just thought I'd include the infomercial....like you don't see them enough..lol...This program has helped me to loose now 5 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks and 3 in off my waist! I can't wait to see my body after the 4 weeks...then it's off to do insanity!

Still continuing the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift...Still a tough routine, but I'm sticking with it and pushing through the pain! I've lost 4lbs already ~ I KNOW FIRST WEEK ~ and 3 inches off my waist! I'm super excited! My goal was to loose two pant sizes this year (I'm a 14 now)...but now that I've started, I want more! I'll still be thrilled with two pant sizes...don't get me wrong...but i would like to see even more...I know I can do it!

I started Beachbody's Brazil Butt Lift....Really rough start...This is tougher than I thought it would be, but i made a promise to myself, and I have to keep going!
My Start...
There comes a time I think in all of our lives where we realize that we need to make a change in the way we are doing things...This year was that time...I just celebrated my 10th anniversary,
and my youngest is now two...I feel that I have really let myself
go...when I was in collage, I worked out just about everyday, and was
fit, and proud of my body...11 years, a marriage, 3 kids and 60lbs later I'm just not happy with who I have become. I can't even run around with my kids, because I have no energy. I've decided to work hard and get back into shape. I want to share my Journey with you...I know pics are important, so even though I'm embarrassed at my body now...I know in the end I can look back and laugh at who I "was"....
